Betesh & Co. was founded with a clear objective of providing a true private client practice, integrating a multi-disciplinary and international foundation, along with the dedication and support international families and businesses need. We understand international families and their businesses, and have therefore created a practice which encompasses a harmonious and organic approach, along with a unique set of skills to provide a true one-stop-shop.

As an independent, boutique and completely objective private office which minimises conflicts of interest, we have the knowledge, capacity and determination to provide the most professional legal services on a wide range of disciplines. Being a truly international practice, we have the outreach and support to place the right advisors in place across on-shore and off-shore jurisdictions at any given time.

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we also aim to support the most dedicated, talented and driven entrepreneurs — the future private clients of our firm from inception, through fund raising and exit. While we support them during the early days of their businesses, we work tenaciously to protect and advise on a long-term strategy looking miles ahead to provide a clear and certain path to success. We act as their partners, their lawyers and support system.

We are not another law firm. You'll receive practical advice at each stage of the process, delivered with emotional intelligence, commercial astuteness, attentiveness and discretion. We just get it.

Protecting a Global Estate

February 2026

Advising a family following the death of a family member whose estate included assets, companies and property across several jurisdictions. We coordinated probate, succession and asset-transfer issues between local counsel, trustees, banks and family members. Particular attention was given to maintaining continuity while the estate was being administered.

The Entrepreneur Behind the Company

January 2026

Acting for a successful entrepreneur across both personal and corporate matters arising from the growth of their business interests. The mandate involved contractual negotiations, ownership considerations, financing, insurance and cross-border issues. We worked with specialist advisers to manage the transaction as part of the client's wider wealth structure.

A Dispute Behind Closed Doors

October 2025

Advising members of a prominent family in relation to a highly sensitive commercial and private dispute. The matter involved overlapping personal relationships, corporate interests and significant financial exposure. Jonathan was instrumental to my family's Aliyah and made the process seamless. He understands long term needs and provides solutions to problems before they arise.

ADRNovember 2025

We've worked with large leading law firms before but needed someone who understands personal service and true private client needs. Jonathan built an entire team around us to support our move to Italy and continues to be involved in our daily requirements.

ABMApril 2025

My family and I wanted to purchase a home in Israel. Jonathan found the right product, negotiated the terms of the agreement on our behalf with the developer and after closing, he supervised the construction of our dream vacation house while overseeing every detail as our representative on ground. His capabilities, capacity and attention to detail is truly remarkable.
